プレナム・ヴォイド京都コンサート - 2011年9月15日

             

We are pleased to announce that a part of the proceeds from the two Plenum Void Kyoto concerts were donated to the Utatsu Center in Miyagi Prefecture of RQ Citizens Disaster Relief Network Japan for the children's camp ground "Saezuri-no-Tani (Vally of Chirping Birds)," which started by a volunteer to support children who were effected by the disaster. This donation was arranged by one of our concert support staff, Kozue Kato, who worked at one of the RQ centers to support the disaster victims. We are very happy that the donation went directly to the hands of people who need the support and will be used at children's camp site for creative activities. ２回開催されたプレナム・ヴォイド京都コンサートで集まった復興支援の義援金は、RQ歌津センターの「さえずりの谷」に寄付されました。「さえずりの谷」は被災した子供たちのために準備された山の中のキャンプ場です。この度の寄付はコンサートサポートスタッフであり、RQセンターでボランティア活動もした加藤こずえさんが全て手配してくださいました。被災者の方々の手元に寄付が届き、子供たちのクリエイティブな活動が行われるキャンプで使っていただけることになり大変嬉しく思います。是非以下のリンクをご覧ください。

The second Plenum Void Kyoto Concert on Sep. 15 was once again a full house and ended with a great success! The performance definitely stepped up from the first concert. As soon as Christopher appeared on the stage, the vibration of the hall changed. The sound and music resonated with the universe and the exchange of energies took place. It felt as if the whole space has shifted to a different dimension. I am sure wonderful positive energies were pooled to the "void."

For the encore, MIRAI of Intelligentsia joined Christopher on stage. We are so grateful for so many support we had. Hopefully more people can listen and experience the sound and music of Plenum Void in the future. Here are some snapshots from the concert.

第２回プレナム・ヴォイド京都コンサートも再び満員御礼で大成功に終わりました。今回は第１回目より更にレベルアップした演奏でした。クリストファーが舞台に上がった途端、会場のバイブレーションが変わりました。サウンドと音楽が宇宙と共鳴し、エネルギーの交流が行われ、まるで別の次元に移行したような空間でした。素晴らしいエネルギーが『無』の場にプールされたことでしょう。

アンコールにインテリゲンシィアのMIRAIがクリストファーの演奏に参加しました。今回も本当に素晴らしい機会を与えていただいたこと、そして多くの方々の多大なるサポートに感謝します。今後もっと多くの方々にプレナム・ヴォイドのサウンドと音楽を聴いて体験いただければ大変嬉しく思っています。コンサートのスナップ写真を少し共有させていただきます。

Plenum Void Concert in Kyoto was a Great Success!
The hall was totally packed. Many people came to see Christopher perform from other prefectures, including Tokyo, Kyushu and even Okinawa. The audience were mesmerized yet energized even on cellular and DNA levels by the rhythmic soundscape with synced video. Many people said they have never heard nor experienced such a musical performance. This was the first official Plenum Void concert and I am sure many more will come. With infinite gratitude to all the support staff and all the people who came.

プレナム・ヴォイド京都コンサートは大成功！
会場は見事に満員御礼で、三重や福井を含む関西だけはなく東京や九州そして遥か沖縄まで大勢の人々がクリスのコンサートに来てくれました。観客はリズムのあるサウンドスケープと同期した映像に魅了させられながら細胞や遺伝子レベルにまでエネルギーが活性化されていたようです。多くの人々がこのような音楽演奏は見たり体験したことがないとおっしゃってました。今回はプレナム・ヴォイドコンサートの第１回目でしたが、今後さらにコンサートの機会が増えることでしょう。サポートスタッフやコンサートに来ていただいた多くの方々に感謝の気持ちで一杯です。

The concert in Kyoto on July 14th will be a multi-media performance with electronic music synced with computer graphics on a large screen. Christopher's performance at WorldShift Osaka was a great success. The music started with a cosmic soundscape and gradually built up and climaxed with a rave type high energy groove. The vibration emanating from the sound and the graphics definitely reached people's hearts. Christopher looked amazing on stage in front of a large screen with animated CG synchronized with the music. The audience was drawn into the world of sound and light created by Christopher. Very mesmerizing!

Christopher also gave a talk mainly to a youth audience about the box that people in our society live in. His talk was not only about thinking outside the box but to remove the box. Then people will realize that they have infinite possibilities. We heard many wonderful feedbacks.

ワールドシフト大阪でのクリストファーの演奏は大成功に終わりました。音楽は宇宙的なサウンドスケープで始まり、徐々に盛り上がり、クライマックスはレイブ（ハウス・テクノ）のようなハイエネルギーでグルーブのある演奏でした。サウンドとグラフィックから発するバイブレーションは確実に人々のハートに届いたようです。音楽に連動したCGが映し出された大きなスクリーンの前で演奏するクリストファーは素晴らしいでした。観客はクリストファーが創り出した音と光の世界に吸い込まれるようで、とても魅了的でした。

また、クリストファーは主に若者の参加者に、私たちが生活している社会という箱について話をしました。単に既成概念という箱にとらわれずに考えるのみならず、箱自体を取り除けば無限の可能性があることに気づくというトークをしました。クリストファーのトークに関して多くの素晴らしいフィードバックを頂きました。

WorldShift Osaka is a two day event organized by university students in Japan, expecting 10,000 attendees a day. Students are given an opportunity to really think about the current world and our future during this event. It will be an ideal event for Plenum Void to make its debut. New Project - Plenum Void

Christopher has started a new project called Plenum Void. The concept is the same as ishwish, which is to raise people consciousness using sound vibration but with different vibration tending to harmonize with the younger generation. It has more rhythm and grooves with cosmic elements running throughout the compositions. He has been nurturing this concept for few years and it is finally making its debut at WorldShift Osaka in November, a two day event organized by university students in Japan.
